| An internal coordinator facilitated this on line assessment process and is contact point for EHBM. The coordinator sensitise the participants (key) on the purpose and methodology of this assessment. | The participants done the on line assessment on the own PC in the workplace or at home. They becomes the URL and registration code from the coordinator. | If all participants have done this on line assessment, than EHBM will be create the organisation report in accordance of EFQM or CAF. The coordinator receive the report in PDF format by e-mail. The coordinator distribute it to the participants. | The coordinator organise a meeting with the management team (participants) and start a discussion on base of this report for determine strategic goals. |
